What features are included in this dashboard?
I have non-Omnisense instruments. Can I upload them into this dashboard?
Overtime, yes. We are working to provide a SDK toolkit and API steps for users to connect their oil & gas devices to our dashboard. Provided that not all instruments are made the same, certain features will be "on" vs "off" depending on the data that's created vs. not created.
We have an existing dashboard with another company. Can I migrate over?
Migrating to any new system takes some manual effort. We recommend migrating one instrument at a time from your current platform over to ours. We'll be on standby if you need any help.
There's certain features not in your dashboard that I'd like to request.
Yes! User feedback is incredibly important. Please drop us a line and let us know what your use case scenario is and what kind of data UI/UX interface you're looking for. We escalate these type of inquiries and if there's a promising trend that is a bit universal, we tend to work on them for next release push.
